Magic Place!

I had the opportunity to discover this place by going to a wedding that I was invited to and I was lucky to find lodging right there. It is a place to disconnect, the gardens are beautiful, an incredible peace exudes, the hotel is very good and the restaurant's cuisine is wonderful. It is a place to rest, sleep, read, meditate and not get out of there.

Realmente todo el servicio lleno mis expectativas. El precio es adecuado por lo que recibes, en servicio de recepción muy atentos, me entregaron antes de tiempo la habitación. La habitación excelente, el personal muy atento desayuno y toda la comida muy buena el 1 día , el 2 día, se ve cambiaron de cocinero y tuvimos quejas,la alberca se supone es climatizada entonces como era lunes pues no prendieron la caldera hasta que se nos ocurrió reclamar, entiendo si no hay huéspedes lo hagan pero estábamos nosotros, y que nos dejen sin cena ni nadie en el rest que cocine pues deberían de advertir, fuera de esos detalles todo muy bien!

La experiencia en general es muy buena. Excelente atención, personal, limpieza e instalaciones. El único gran detalle para nosotros es que la habitación contaba con una pantalla grande, pero que nunca pudimos usar porque sólo tiene una caja de sky. No se le podía ponder apps de Netflix, Disney u otro. No me cabe en la cabeza como en pleno 2025 no puedan contar con una television inteligente o algún dispositivo como roku.

En general todo estuvo muy bien, es un lugar para descansar, no tiene muchas actividades, tiene su alberca y su restaurante y amplios y bonitos jardines, yo agregaría un SPA y una sala de juegos o alguna cancha, pero la estancia en general fue excelente

Pésimo hotel calidad-precio

No lo recomiendo nada. Me cambiaron 2 veces la tarifa: cuando llegamos nos dieron un precio más elevado al que habíamos reservado y cuando salimos nos dijeron q hubo un error de dedo y nos tenían que cobrar aún más. Su internet es pésimo, el cuarto está descuidado y tiene varios detalles. El servicio también deja mucho que desear, el personal del front desk no tiene idea de nada y es muy lento, la recamarista no dejó cápsulas de café ni crema para el segundo día, los desayunos se quedan sin platillos horas antes de que acabe el horario. La relación calidad-precio es pésima, definitivamente no lo recomiendo ni regresaría.
