"Stayed one night at the Radisson as it was close to the airport. Clean hotel/room... Reception staff were lovely - special mention to Renisa and Sandhya. Couple of cons... Firstly guests should not be in the pool fully dressed with their outdoor clothes on - very unhygienic... and secondly the 'fragrance' that is used all around the hotel smells absolutely vile! So strong and overwhelming, I'm still feeling nauseous hours later since I left the hotel. The smell lingered in my clothes and hair during my whole flight. "

"The stay started off very well, staff were excellent, informative and check in was easy and smooth. The staff asked if we'd like drinks to our room and we had a nice hot tea and fresh orange juice. The room itself was fantastic, size was big, with all the amenities you can expect and more. Views from the front door of the room, overlook the pavillion restaurant on the lobby level, as we were on the 16th floor of the Towers. The biggest downside was that the room was a non-smoking room as required, however, during the evening and night, the AC vent felt like it was allowing smoke into the room from somewhere, and though it couldn't be seen, it was definitely smokey in the room. For an asthmatic and a toddler, this wasn't at all pleasant. My daughter was coughing through the night and I had to use my inhaler multiple times, spoiling our sleep. We had booked half-board and dinner service was excellent, food and staff were great. Breakfast was decent also, good options. "

"Bathroom was dated, reception staff were ok. Annoying you can't sit and enjoy a coffee outside the club area. The hotel lobby was clean, but a very strong smell of air freshner, and slightly on the cold side."
