Stained pillowcases. I requested more to put over the existing cases so at least I knew they were clean, but they were still old and stained. Dirty, smelly, disgusting minibar that was impossible to use. Luckily you can't smell it in the photo. No hand soap in the bathroom, only shampoo in the shower. I didn't sleep well while worrying about the dirty condition of the room. The majority of the guests seemed to be trades people and workers. Nobody knocked to offer to service the room so I had to take my rubbish to the staff member. I complained about the minibar. I then decided that I could not stay here so I checked out after 2 nights and forfeited the remaining 2 pre-paid nights in favour of moving to a much nicer hotel. I calmly explained my decision to the reception staff who told me that it was non-refundable but they could offer me a room change - I imagine all of the rooms are dirty - or a credit note - why would I ever come back here? Someone who I assumed was the manager was hiding out of sight in the office, but he never made an appearance. He only spoke to the receptionist to tell her what to say but did not speak to me in person. In other words, there's nothing we're prepared to do. It's non-refundable. Their attitude was disgusting, just like their minibar. If you want to stay in Cabo Branco, the Icon hotel next door looks much nicer, and there's an Ibis next to that. Nicer and cleaner hotels do exist, and probably with better customer service.

Amo esse hotel. Apesar de já ficar no fim da orla de Cabo Branco, tem um ótimo custo-benefício por ser beira-mar. Café da manhã variado, quartos confortáveis, piscina limpa, atendimento da equipe é ótimo. Recomendo demais.

Sinceramente acho que o hotel está passando por uma crise financeira pois ao chegar no primeiro quarto que tinha reservado todas as paredes mofadas, minha esposa se sentindo mal diante do cheiro de mofo no quarto. Solicitei a recepção a transferência para um outro quarto semelhante e Educadamente o recepcionista me encaminhou para um outro quarto de número 302. Acontece que ao chegar no quarto encontrei pelo menos umas oito baratas entre o quarto e o banheiro, filhotes de baratas por todo canto inclusive conversei com o rapaz da recepção e o que pude fazer foi ir no mercado comprar um Bagon para matar baratas. Os travesseiros também estavam sujos com cheiro de usado, o hotel tem uma excelente localização tem tudo pra ser um bom hotel mas infelizmente está caindo aos pedaços. Para se ter ideia ao abrir a porta do elevador na garagem (no subsolo) durante todo o final de semana tinha uma barata morta que ninguém veio recolher durante todo o período que estivemos lá. Sobre o ponto positivo, o café da manhã muito bom!

Fiquei no quarto mais simples no térreo. Quarto bonito, mas como vi inseto e lagartixa com um dia de estadia, imagino que tem esse problema com a limpeza. Piscina e deck lindos! Informação importante: fica no fim da praia, bem longe da maior concentração de restaurantes e quiosques (cerca de 4 km). Acho que deveria ter mais lençóis também.

Os funcionários são muito educados, o hotel tem grande potencial, mas a limpeza deixa a desejar, cafe da manha com poucas opções e bagunçado, em um dos dias nao havia mesa limpa ou sequer pratos. A limpeza é um ponto relevante a ser melhorado. Isolamento acustico ruim, a cama é desconfortavel, lençóis e toalhas velhos e manchados.

O quarto era espaço e limpo, o café da manhã era muito gostoso e bem variado. A única ressalva é sobre as toalhas que estavam bem velhinhas. Chegamos dia 1/1 e o hotel estava cheio, entendemos a alta temporada, porém as toalhas mal davam para se secar de tão fininhas. Só um detalhe que pode melhorar!

Troca os de quarto duas vezes para tentar achar um que tivesse menos cheiro de mofo. Encontramos uma barata no quarto. O café da manhã com super lotação de hóspedes, poucos funcionários para retirar as louças usadas e repor comidas. Pão estava murcho. Os funcionários fazem o possível, mas a hospedagem deixou a desejar. Não recomendo.
