Das Best Western Straßburger Tor in Plauen überzeugt mit einer zentralen Lage und sauberen Zimmern. Das Personal ist freundlich, und der Aufenthalt war insgesamt angenehm.
Allerdings ist das Hotel deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung wirkt veraltet, und eine Modernisierung würde dem Haus guttun. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes.
