"The staff were helpful, polite and attentive. The place was well-equipped with amenities such as high-speed WiFi, 3 tvs, hair dryer, hot water, and shampoo and conditioner. The washer and dryer were a nice touch even if we didn’t need to use them. Would definitely stay again!"

"property was not bad but the listing was bad, there is no restaurants around as advertised on the listing, property location not good we couldn't take a nice walk at night because the neighborhood was not safe. the other bad thing is the damage deposit policy they take too long to return your money back, 14 days . I will think twice before using VRBO again"

"Communication needs improvement. On the day of our check-in, I reached out as I had no information about where I was going or how to check in to the property. There was an issue locating my reservation, but all seemed well, I received the coordinates and process on how to check in. When we reached the apartment, the views were breathtaking, you're next to the airport and on the 16th floor. Beautiful place, except that's not the apartment I booked. We were supposed to have AC and there was no AC...

"The apt was dirty, tv did not work, host was not at ALL, pleasant,,, When contacted by phone, he was not even polite,,, apt was not even worth the 80$ and owner hung up phone on my face when contacted. Why have an Apt in an exclusive area and not take care of it,,,??? "
