the room was spacious, clean, heritage style, love the solid marble floor, the pool/garden view. the location is perfect for a good rest/sleep, very quiet, surrounded by trees/garden, waking up to bird songs and greenery... very refreshing for a big, busy city, and it is centrally located not in the outskirt of the city. Breakfast was included in my booking, good spread of Indian and continental and can be taken either in the dining room or the garden. the staff was helpful, wifi was free. the price is very reasonable/affordable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Polo Heritage, highly recommended.

The rooms, as all the rooms I've been into in India, need upgrade. The hotel is nice and the staff efficient. The problem is the restaurant: we ordered a dish but what we got was completely different.
