"The hotel itself was nice overall, and the staff were friendly, professional, and spoke multiple languages, which was very helpful. However, for a 5-star airport hotel, there were several disappointing aspects that felt hard to overlook.
The restaurant was decent, but extremely overpriced. The only available room with two beds was incredibly small, and despite the photos suggesting there was a patio or balcony area, it was actually just large windows that did not open at all. Having no access to fresh air was frustrating.
The walls were also extremely thin, we could hear our neighbours showering so clearly that we initially thought there was a leak or flooding in the room next door. On top of that, a fire alarm went off around 5am. When we called the front desk, we were told it was “just a test message” and to ignore it, which felt poorly handled and unsettling.
Another disappointment was the airport shuttle not being included in the stay. It cost an additional €6 per person each way, which feels unreasonable for an airport business hotel where a shuttle would normally be expected as part of the service.
Overall, the stay was comfortable enough, but there were multiple small issues that made the experience feel far less premium than expected for a 5-star property."
