"I'm in a Holiday Inn for the rest of my stay and I can tell you it's 10 times the hotel of compared to this place. There's no noise insulation between the rooms so I could hear everything from the people next to me who were loud from 11:30 to 2:00 a.m. at the which point I put ear plugs in. There is no carpet on the floor it's bare dirty concrete. There's a rug that goes under the bed and a little bit where you stand but there's no noise insulation. The room is tiny, small there's no coffee makerin room or downstairs. You can payfor coffee downstairs. There is no breakfast offered. The secure gated parking wasn't secure, the gate wasn't closed so anyone could drive in or walk in. I came and left by car 4 times in two days and the gate was closed once. The only place to sit in the room is in two scoop chairs or the bed. The shower only had half a glass enclosure, so if you weren't careful how you showered water went over the all over the bathroom floor flooding the area in front of the toilet. The water never got very hot. Only one of the two elevators worked. "

"Kellie is a top not front of house rep for the Detroit club hotel- very polite and personable! He told us a bit about the hotel and gave us a lay of the land. The room was amazing as well. Solid water pressure and very spacious overall. The only bit of noise I heard was on the morning of checkout and that was from some passer by outside the hotel. Valet was excellent as well. I am a Hilton Honors member but this is only place I’ll stay in Detroit! Also shoutout to Krista- she is a fantastic bartender!"

"My room wreaked of weed. Not ok, especially considering I became ill from smelling it all night! The lady working breakfast was rude. The one tile incline in the bathroom caused me to trip several times - dangerous! Won’t stay here again - if I had time I would have asked for a refund!"
