The welcome at reception was not good at all. The manager treated us like criminals he wanted us to pay again even though we paid via hotel.com. He didn't verify with hotel.com

The room was too small, no toilet door, had no inside facilities like the bin, underfloor mat near the show door , light besides the bed now working. The hotel phone wasn't working as at one time i wanted to call expedia to change my travel arrangements. The owner was of no help considering i was not from that region. The stay was good. When booking the room there was no mention about sharing a bathroom and as a result my wife upgraded my booking at a further cost of R1400, which was very disappointing and would make me think twice before using your site for future bookings.

Very comfortable, sorry we were staying only 2 nights. Staff helpful and good breakfast provision. Would definitely recommended if anyone needed to be in this part of Johannesburg. We were visiting friends nearby so very convenient.

As before we found the Sunward Park Guesthouse staff to be really friendly and helpful, the room/s to be comfortable and the service exceptional. It was good to see that improvement work has been ongoing with the expansion of the dining room and landscaping of the attractive gardens.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Good position - close to highway with manageable traffic. Easy access to a number of restaurants and take-aways in the area, so although the hotel can cater for dinner, if you give advance notice, it's also easy to pick up your own grub on-route.
