"My husband and I were here for a 3 night stay and ended up staying 7 nights because my husband ended up in hospital. The staff were amazing and extended my stay even though they were fully occupied. The staff could not do enough for me. Parking was easy and walking distance to a shopping centre. If you are in Mönchengladbach stay at this hotel. Thank you Mecure. Michele"

"24 euros for parking. 2 packets of instant coffee and tea in the room never replenished for our 3 day stay We were given clean cups just nothing to drink . Average stay but very nice staff at front counter."

"Staff was very helpful and the hotel's location was very central.
2 minutes walk to central neuss station - next to shopping and eating places.
The room sizes are good.
These are the good points.
The minus point is that the hotel is a bit old. I can see that they are renewing slowly - heaters are renewed, tv is renewed etc.
My only complaint was about the pillows. Other than that, good deal for the money"
