"It was a good experience..Although I lost my Jacket a couple of hours after I realized I left it in my room after checking out.Efforts to retrieve it was never successful and was really disappointed. I also had a refund of double payment pending with this property and no one was willing to help until a staff by name Michelle took upon herself to have the funds refunded. She promised to have it worked on and she did. Michelle,I really appreciate this and whenever I am in Berlin, I will stop by one day to thank you. "Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable, room not huge but big enough for all the time we were in it. Great location, you could walk to Berlin TV Tower & Alexanderplatz or if you prefer close to U Bahn. Great breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again "
