"It seemed a lot overpriced. The photos look great on the website but I wasn't really amazed. The breakfast option had a small selection of items. There was a small parking lot that may offer enough parking. Not a repeat for me."

"We stayed in Room 114 on June 2, 2026 for one night. Room was clean and easily accessible. Laundry services were great after a week on Vancouver Island! Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside is the A/C stopped working after being in the room for about 3 hours. The “filter” indicator light came on. Which was fine. It wasn’t that hot out at night and the fan on the A/C worked just fine. Close to the airport and ferry terminal. And the restaurant on the property was great. Hotel guests receive a discount by showing your room key."

"Nice, new hotel. Rooms were spacious. We had a king suite and double queen suite. The queen suite was very large was perfect for everyone to gather in. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. Seemed like the kitchen had good basic - didn’t use anything other than the toaster. Location was great, very close to Dt. Sydney. Would recommend staying here."

"Molly’s Cottage is a nice, comfortable place to stay. It is very conveniently located near the Victoria Airport and Grocery Stores, approximately 5 minutes to each, by car. The milk and muffins in the refrigerator were a nice touch and the Keurig coffee and tea options were perfect. The binder was full of useful information and was very helpful. The one request from the owners that caught me off guard was to take off my shoes when entering the cottage. I don’t recall that being stated anywhere before I booked the cottage. Luckily, I brought my house slippers. The only other slight negatives were: I could not change the thermostat, the pillows were too thick, and the blankets were either too heavy or too light with no medium choice or additional light blankets. Those could be easy fixes, if the owners choose to do so. The beds, however, were comfortable, and the living room was a nice place to relax. I’d consider staying there again if I was to visit the area again."

"The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to the airport which made our early flight much easier. The kitchen and frigerator were very well stocked. It is a nice that there is a washer and dryer to use in the unit as well. The owner seemed friendly. It is a bit intimidating that he had signs stating this property is under surveillance, ring doorbell and two pages of rules/instructions. It is a little unnerving feeling like you are being watched and not very relaxing. Certainly, a nice and convenient to the airport place that I would recommend if you don't mind being watched and you don't smoke at all. If you smoke it is not allowed even outside."
