"The hotel is in a good location, walkable to restaurants, nightlife. The room was worn, but clean. The lobby coffee carafe was empty at 7 am on a Sunday morning, very surprising. Did not have time to wait for a new carafe to brew, as Uber was waiting. There was a dog wandering around the lobby, unleashed, I think belonging to a guest, but they were not near him. Parking is very limited, though there was a valet to help with parking."

"Valet parking only, had to remove bags before checking in and then finding out our room, in a building three blocks away, was not ready. Our bags were placed in a room behind the desk. Told that we would be texted when the room was ready, we walked around town for over an hour. No text so we returned and were told our room was ready. Grabbed a cart and loaded luggage for three-block hike. "

"My husband and I were celebrating our 50th anniversary and planned to stay on May 9th and 10th. The first night in our room there was a leak that dripped all night and kept us awake. In the morning we found water pooling on the floor and clothes were soaked from a significant leak from the ceiling. The room had to be taken out of service and they had no available rooms for the 2 nd night since they were sold out. The manager told me we would be refunded and would handle contacting hotel.com. We’ve never gotten a refund or response when called or emailed. I would never stay again. "

"Just enjoyed the most relaxing weekend in this beautiful home! It was the perfect location to explore Annapolis. Literal steps away from all of the dining, shopping, and adventures that Annapolis has to offer but also the most peaceful setting to enjoy a cup of coffee in the beautiful garden. The home is so well appointed with charming decor, and very comfortable beds and furniture throughout. The coffee bar and welcoming amenity kits for the kitchen and bathrooms were such a nice touch. As someone who appreciates the little things, I loved the very extensive glassware collection for cocktails and bedside tables with built-in charging ports. Surprising large bathrooms and bedrooms with plentiful storage and a kitchen stocked with everything you’ll need. Truly the perfect location for your Annapolis trip! Cannot wait to stay here again."

"This is a great house in a great location with off street parking in the historic district!!! The property was amazing, had plenty of room for all of the guests all within a few minutes walk to main street. It's great to be able to park your car and WALK to everything downtown Annapolis has to offer. We will be booking again!"
