"rm 137- so many ants, two phones have no dial tone, cannot call front desk, toilet easily clogs 3x, TV remote so hard to change channels, their remote batteries were taped at the back, their room smells like wet soiled , they need to shampoo their carpets, so dirty, many stained. their garden and hallways are very dirty, nobody cleans . breakfast so dried . rm 133- carpet smells wet soiled, dirty carpet, tv remote has taped on their batteries, so hard to turn channels, their lights flickering once in awhile, their garden has dog poops and hallways were so dirty. they need to really do a lot of work on their rooms and properties, they need to clean the garden like La Quinta. their breakfast were so dried and all the same daily and weekly. La Quinta has more choices of bread, cereals, bacon, sausage, banana, juice, toaster."

"Staff was welcoming and friendly. Loved that they had shuttle service to and from the parks. The room was cleaned but it had a musky smell, maybe because the air wasn't on. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. Furniture and bathroom is dated. It would be better if they updated the bathroom, furniture and add usb outlets. The beds are older but they were comfy to me. Housekeeping comes to clean the room every 3 days but if you need garbage out the room or fresh towels & washcloths you have to call the front desk. Our tub stopped up everytime we took a shower and the sink had a leak around the knobs so we had to wipe the counter with towels in the morning. That morning before we went to the parks we told the front desk about the problems in the room and that we need fresh towels and the garbage taken out. They said they'll have someone to look at the tub & sink & send up fresh towels. Later that evening I received a call from the hotel & she said they were moving us to another room so when we come back stop at the front desk. We returned around 10:30pm. I told the gentlemen what the front desk said earlier. He looked at his computer and said that they fixed it and we don't have to move to another room. We got to the room and they did not clean up after themselves! There was caulk in the tub and dirt. Thank God we brought some clorox wipes, dawn liquid and lysol. My niece cleaned the whole bathroom! I think we'll be staying at a Disney hotel our next visit."

"The room was good and clean. The only draw back was the shower had very poor water pressure. The free parking and free breakfast were awesome perks. The only thing that could be an issue is that there was minimal parking. So keep that in mind. But the staff, breakfast, and room were great. "
