"We are two senior couples who were staying in Farmville for just one night (unfortunately ... I wish we could have stayed longer in this great home!). This is a wonderful home on a quiet street, within walking distance of the Main Street with coffee shops and other places. Allison left us treats. She was kind enough to label all the light switches! (YAY!!) There was one bathroom upstairs that we had to share. I was a bit concerned about that. But, there was a bathroom downstairs as well and we had NO issue with four of us (so don't let that stop you). My friends and I would be delighted to be able to stay at Allison's place again."

"This was a clean no-frills hotel for an overnight stay. I was disappointed because I asked for an extra blanket but they didn’t have any, I thought that was weird. But other than that no problems."

"Still Waters is so peaceful and relaxing. The place was clean, cozy, homey, comfortable, and inviting. Every detail, from the rocking chairs on the porch to the decor to even the coasters, was a blessing and added to the ambiance. Me and my best friend spent the weekend there to get away and relax, and it did not disappoint. The owner was amazing and very friendly. There were no problems. The swing by the lake was icing on the cake! We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs, reading our Bibles, praying, and reconnecting with nature. 5 stars is not enough, so I will just leave 5 in the comments. Thank you for sharing Still Waters with us. We are so blessed and definitely plan on returning!"

"Everything was wonderful. The cleaning crew needs to focus more on ensuring the bathroom is clean as in the floor and toilets and tub is HAIR FREE !! every room I've been in so far the bathroom is always neglected.. that should be the very first thing that's gets taken care of in the rooms ."

"My overall impression was excellent. My family loved walking the grounds. Looking at the bees, the chickens, the different trees and the space. My youngest grands loved playing in the front yard which sits so far back and you can see everything from the wrap around porch. Hearing the rooster crowing took me back to my childhood days. I loved it."
