Vista Azul - Beautiful Views, Pool and More!

Summary:
Colorful three-bedroom home reflecting the funkiness of Austin but with one of the most satisfying views you'll find in the Hill Country of Central Texas. Built in 2021, Vista Azul (Blue View) sits on 20 very private acres just outside of Dripping Springs. Inside, there's a well-stocked kitchen with top-of-the line appliances, including a wine fridge, and a 50" TV with sound bar. Outside, mix your drinks poolside, and settle into the shaded conversation pit.

Other Things to Note:
*** Please be aware that due to a lightning strike, the built-in spa is temporarily out of service. We are actively working to repair it but in the meantime, a brand NEW above ground HOT TUB was recently installed for your enjoyment! You will also have full access to the pool as well! ***

Please note, we have routine pool and spa maintenance scheduled on Wednesday's.

Please no smoking or fires! This home is 100% smoke and fire free. Thank you for your understanding.

Stayed one night after hiking Pedernales Falls. Good proximity to P. Falls and Johnson City. Property clean, patio/view and hot tub wonderful. Fire damage to surrounding landscape non issue… still beautiful. Would happily return with larger group - spacious & modern. Would be cautious with very little kids on edge of patio as it drops off a few feet to ground level. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of. Pool is completely fenced for safety. Overall great & highly recommend.
