"A lot of kids running the halls and screaming without any supervision. Staff did not seem to mind this. We were in a room next to a large amount of kids, with no adult with them. Reserved online and quoted price, that was to be what was paid. Was charged $150.00 more than supposed to. Lied Lodge claimed that we asked for an upgrade, not true - only time we talked to Lied is when we checked in and given room. Lied will not adjust. Will not stay there again. Not worth the money charged and headache over being overcharged."

"Our room was very clean and set up. I would say the stairways and stuff could use a little more of a cleaning. Biggest issue we had was we had booked a room that had double queens with the recliner. When we got there to check in and went to our room our room did not have the recliner or the extra space in the room and they did not have any available but overall a very solid day. "

"Very clean. Comfortable beds. Many amenities. Kitchen very well stocked. Host was excellent with communication. Appreciated the personal touches with Fall decor. Felt very comfortable in home. 6 adults and more than enough room and space for more, if needed."
