"Great place to stay in Methven handy to the mountain. Rooms were well set up with good clothes drying rails. Heater did the trick! Bed linen clean and fresh. Two nights was enough on the mattress. Older style shower over bath but water hot. Very noisy from other guests but to be expected with early morning starts for the mountain. Would be great if there were interconnecting family rooms instead of having to knock and shout at the kids in the room next door to wake them up. Nice breakfast and a...

"Be careful, you might pass this hotel when looking for it because of the busy traffic it but it's worth the extra care in finding it. The staff was helpful. The rooms were big. Nice bathroom and kitchen. I would stay here again if I came back to Wellington."
