The owner made checking in very easy and was very flexible about what time we arrived. The bathroom and kitchenette were well appointed; the bedroom was quaint and cosy. The house is only a block from Haliburtonās Main Street, within easy walking distance of many restaurants and stores as well as the library, the post office, and the public park on the lake. This is a great starting point for exploring the many beautiful aspects of the Haliburton Highlands.

Our stay was just one night as we made our way north and found some sites of interest in Orillia before moving on. Check-in was easy and quick. Our room was clean and spacious and comfortable.
