"I have stayed in the hotel on a number of occasions as it is so convenient for the Terminal at Glasgow Airport. The hotel requires to be upgraded in areas as it is looking jaded and the lighting in the room was not good as it was so dark even with all the lighting on. The room is a decent size and while the bathroom can be cramped, all of the facilities are provided and work well. The food is always of a high standard in an area that is relaxed and comfortable. As is normal the customer service provided by staff is excellent and I would like to highlight Terri the waitress who has served me previously. She is friendly, professional, very customer focused and a credit to the hotel."

"First time we’ve stayed at this hotel. Room was spotless, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing with plenty choices and value for money. Ideal location for the OVO Hydro which was only a 10 minute walk away. Definitely stay there again."
