Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic, warm, and welcoming throughout our visit. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered beautiful views. Housekeeping was excellent, with the room cleaned daily. The location is also very convenient, being close to shopping malls, Komtar and City Square. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

Staff Iqbal checked us in yesterday, he was very friendly and polite to us. He was very attentive and accommodating to our questions and able to answer us well. The room was very comforting, clean and quiet. Overall experience was very good and would not hesitate for return stay in the future. The above good experiences that made us as regular residents throughout our stay in Johor Bahru at Holiday Inn.
