"The hotel.com provided wrong location of the hotel. I ended up in another hotel. I didn’t stay in this hotel. I stayed in another location of holiday inn hotel. The hotel manager told me to cancel the reservation and he will not charge for the reservation. "

"I was given a room facing the freeway and it was noisy even with the windows closed. I asked the front desk if I could move to the other side of the building. They didn’t have availability that day, but were happy to move me the next day. The noise level was much better once I moved. The building was older, but very clean, and all the staff members were very courteous, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and also good. I would recommend this hotel and location if you have a rental car to get around. "

"This property was newly renovated. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. In fact I slept better at the hotel than I do at home. The highway was close by however we did not hear any highway traffic. Although the neighborhood is a bit sketchy."

"Rooms were very well furnished (usable surfaces, storage, bathroom towel hangars) compared with other properties we encountered during 2 week vacation around Olympic NP. Cutting corners seems to be the latest unwelcome trend in the hospitality industry."

"Very nice hotel, but the closer you are to the 11th floor, fhe music is loud on fridays and Saturdays from the club music. Very hard to relax and sleep between 8pm - 1am."
