Communications between the owner were top notch: every message was answered immediately. We had no complaints & enjoyed our stay in comfort & peace."

"Great weekend spent at TXST graduation! Location was close enough to get to/from campus and 15 min from our students off campus residence. Great open floor plan and was much more comfortable than a hotel. Sad we just discovered it after graduation :)"

All of the brides maids stayed in the house with us to assists with the wedding and it was perfect. The host were great and even gave us an extra hour or so to check out. "This is a great place. It was perfect for our family. We will be back soon ! The only thing I would change is to have the lawn man come on a morning when place is not rented or after a guest leaves . We could not sit outside and enjoy the cool morning air and beautiful view due to the dust and grass flying from the mower . Otherwise it is just perfect ❤️"

"This house is perfect for a large family. It is the perfect distance from town that you can get what you need when you need it, but have the privacy that you want. We were in town for a Texas State graduation ceremony which was only about a 20 minute drive. The house was built in the 1800’s, so it has a ton of character. "Property was perfectly located. Close to campus, although not sure you could walk to graduation. CLose to shops restaurants, coffee shops. The huge back porch with fans was a nice gathering place. The "yoga' room/Selfie wall was so great for graduates to take pictures. Owner kept us updated on storm recovery and electricity being back on because of previous night's storms, including hail."
