"Large property within a quiet Village next to the Lake. The layout is a bit unusual but there are lots of rooms out houses and space. The stairs are probably not ideal for families or elderly people. We found a few broken items which suggest that the up keep isn’t as good as you would expect, a few broken chairs, broken glass, and the Kettle didn’t work on arrival but it was replaced quickly once we notified the property manager. We don’t speak French and the property manager had limited English...

"The host Christophe deserves a special mention, he was great, extremely friendly and helpful! The accommodation is homely, great location and outdoor space. Views of the lake from the lawn with lots of outdoor seating and dining. A very enjoyable holiday."

"A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. "Nos 2 petits enfants de 5 et 6 auraient volontiers passé le week-end dans leur lit cabane. Par contre logement moins adapté pour les plus petits car il n'y a pas de protection dans les escaliers et devant la cheminée. Nous avons pu emmener nos petit visiter une ferme élevant des cochons et des black Angus et nous régaler de leurs produits. Belle balade pour voir une cascade et passage au grand Colombier. Nous avons bien apprécié le jardin sa cabane, sa balançoir et son tobogan."

Superb hotel close to old town and lake!
"We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - only a few minutes walk from the old town and the lake. It felt safe. The room was clean, modern and the perfect size for our weekend getaway. Breakfast (at €12~ pp) was very competitive with the other petit dejeuners we had out during our stay. The gratis tea, coffee and croissants from 1pm a really nice touch too. It would’ve been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, but this is a small nitpick. Staff friendly. We would recommend this place to anyone thinking about a short stay in Annecy. We will be back. Merci "
