"Love the pool area and right across was the beach. Only problem was the hot tub was really cold. When asked staff said it was cause it was powered by air condition of the rooms so if there’s no one using the air condition not so many people in the hotel it won’t be warm cause they Are eco friendly. Also the restaurant downstairs didn’t offer much for variety for breakfast. Set menus per day and quite expensive. Staff was very friendly. "The Hotel is right beside the Expo train station and is beside multiple grocery stores and a mall which made it very convenient. The staff are very accommodating and always keeps the rooms clean. Early check in didn’t require additional payment which allowed us to take a break before exploring the area without additional cost."
