Our home is 1,429 square feet. It's charm consists of original hardwood floors, 3 bedrooms, 1 1/5 baths, a cozy living area and a large open kitchen that is fully updated and functional for those home away from home cooked meals, and large windows that surround the home. There is Direct TV for your enjoyment, along with free Wifi.
Large back deck and grill for outdoor grilling along with large front porch. Home has keyless entry for easy check in.

Joplin trip

I was in Joplin just for a couple days to visit a friend and the house was perfect. Bigger than I needed for just myself but very affordable. I would definitely recommend it.

Would do this again!

My son and his family live here in Joplin while my daughter in law goes to Med school at KCU. They recently had a baby and we came to visit from CA. Instead of staying in a Hotel we decided to give VRBO a try. Best thing we did! Even had snow and the sidewalk was salted so we didn’t slip and fall. Nice touch!

A work in progress

The house appears to be a work in progress, with the kitchen and main bath beautifully redone, while several other areas still need a bit of work. We enjoyed our stay, but found the freezing cold (no heat) half bath/laundry room nearly impossible to use. Note...not a child friendly house as the back door is impossible to bolt from inside without a key...which we did not have. My 2 yr old grandson discovered this novelty...
