Clean room, comfortable, updated, good wifi, extremely easy check in process, even when i arrived at 4am. Much better than comparably priced hotels in the area (if you find one).

Very small room. If my wife had been there she would've been upset that there was no chair. Only a bed. For me it was fine. I was only there a night and the price was right. Its a nice place to sleep.

I was not at the facility during the day too much, so I am not really sure about the surrounding property. It could use a little more night-time lighting outside. The garbage bins in the back were completely over flowing, so that was a little stinky. The bathroom was super small. This was comfortable for one person, but may be a little crowded for two. The check in was very easy and the property manager was responsive when needed.

Had a long wait to get someone to respond to allow me access to my room. no one present when i showed up. Right on highway 43 and traffic noise all night long. Room was clean and comfortable otherwise.

The property is right along the road, it was a bit noisy but not overly. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The room was clean. The shower was hot. Overall for the price it was a good stay.

Adorable little cottage perfect for 1-2. I was traveling alone (44, f) and felt safe and comfortable. Very clean and impeccably updated and decorated. Would stay again if I’m ever in Joplin.

Parking was great! I loved loading and unloading my can 3 feet form my door/ room! Loved this little house/ Inn ! It was perfect for our stay. I liked that they offered a hand pump for had soap in addition to the one time use mini bar of soap, so much easier to use and less waste! We slept well in the cozy bed, and check in and out was a breeze. Price point was very reasonable and just what we were looking for.

Room was decorated nicely. Rooms are very small and none of the TV apps work even though it was connected to internet. Other than that nice stay. Maybe alittle over priced for what you get.

Room was small but fine for just myself. Although close to a major street, it was out of town and very quiet. Seperate cabins also cut down on noise. Staff was great and very helpful. Would stay there again.

I absolutely love staying here and anytime I come to the area this is the spot I stay! The owner is a sweet heart; I have put in requests (I’m disabled) and she had met them if she had the power to! There was a time of a family emergency and I had to bring my niece and nephew with me while my sister was in the hospital; she was understanding and supportive! If I could I’d give 10/10!

Comfy and pretty

It was so lovely and clean. The AC worked well and bed was so comfy. Check in was quick and easy. We had heard good things from friends and we would come back.
