Clean room, friendly/supportive staff and proximity. Minuses: pool closed on site (I learned about it at check in, however I may have missed something), no microwave in the room nor on each floor for accessibility (at least 1 on each floor would help) and I had to request housekeeping. Magical Lake house, feel like being in the cabin in the heart of Minneapolis.
The lake view, the geese honking, were so serene. Close to downtown and other areas, perfect spot to do it all.
