"Wonderful welcome, clean room, cookies in lobby. "

"Friendly staff and a fairly clean room. Shower drain was slow and shower was really low. Furnace filter in our room hadn’t been changed since March of 2022. Almost 4 years. But for the price I would stay again if needed. Breakfast was good and they have the same icecream as the creamery in beaver. "

"Room was clean, price was right, breakfast was average, walls were thin. The room above us left on loud music throughout the night. Loud enough that the staff moved 4 other rooms. We tried to sleep through it. Finally at 3:00 am I requested the staff try to intervene. They told me that they had banged on the door several times already and the occupant would not answer(probably couldn't hear over the music). The staff would not call the police. They offered to move us to another room, but what good does that do when you have to get up and on the road in a few hours? We would have been even more awake at that point. Cache Valley Electric had a bunch of workers staying there and we confirmed it was one of their employees that ruined our evening. Even though the staff was accommodating, they didn't seem to want to do everything they could to get the noise to stop. I assume this hotel has a contract with Cache Valley Electric for workers that are out in the area. I won't stay here again."

"Staff was great but made us come to the front desk for things and they said they would come fix our tv and never came. Took over an hour to bring us toilet paper. "

"This is our second time staying at a Home Base Resort unit, and both times were excellent. The homes are spacious, well-equipped, clean, bright, and comfortable. The location is gorgeous and calming, our dog loved it there, and the host was quick to respond to requests. We look forward to our next visit."
