The Cherokee House in Joshua Tree!

Step into this well designed house and you will experience a feeling of calmness and sophistication. Enjoy dinners while looking out the mountains and listening to an old record on the vinyl player. Stargaze using the telescope at night and grill some s'mores over the open fire pit (when there is no fire ban). Sleep in one of the comfortable beds before you head out on a hike at the national park.
The house provides an escape from the noise and stress of the urban city life. The home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in Joshua Tree. The three bedrooms, two baths comfortable sleeps six people. The living room, kitchen and dining room has an open floor plan which creates a nice flow. The exterior patio is spacious with dining table, chairs, lounge chairs and bbq.

We loved, loved loved our stay at Cherokee House! Beautifully & creatively appointed, very welcoming, extremely comfortable, had everything we needed - we couldn't wait to return to our temporary home at the end of each day. Perfection in Joshua Tree

This is our 2nd stay at this fabulous property. It's a lovely home and Cia makes the check-in and accommodation process very easy. This home is located near the west entrance to the park and is comfortable, cozy and elegant. We love the views from the backyard and enjoyed both the indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit. . Highly recommend this home for a getaway.

Cia is a great host, we love her place , all of us had a great time, was able to check in early, thanks to Cia, Property is only 20 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park, great location, will stay here again if I plan to visit Joshua Tree National Park.

Family trip to JTNP

The house/property was extremely well organized and in a great location just minutes to the west entrance of JTNP. Enjoyed the vista and sunrises and sitting by the fire after a long day of hiking. Cia is very prompt and helpful in answering all questions. The entire family had a great time, planning to come back in the future.

We loved staying in this house! The house was spacious, clean & as described in the listing. The house was very well appointed with everything we could have needed on our trip (and more)! This property was perfect for are girls weekend! Close to the start to the race and close to the park! The landscape in the backyard closed every night with its majestic views. I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

We had a great time at this house. It was clean, looked exactly like the pictures, and communication with the host was very quick and helpful. It was also stocked with anything you might need and the some! Would definitely recommend as a base for Joshua Tree NP. It’s so easy to get from the house to the West entrance.

Perfection

The minute you pull up to the Cherokee House you can see it is a well-kept property. Honestly I've never stayed in any kind of home rental as nice as this. The house is well-appointed, lots of places to sit, eat. Bedrooms / baths were impeccable. She even provided a tray of snacks upon arrival - AND - there is a well-stocked Nespresso machine. The kitchen had everything you needed and there is a center island perfect for food prep. TONS of spices (such a rarity!) The beds were SOOOO comfy. Lastly the Hostess, was very responsive to the few questions we had along the way. I'm so happy we stayed here - felt like a home away from home :) Oh - it is super close to the JT National Forest - we went several times in the week we were there. Such a treat.

Sibling reunion

We were finally able to gather together after four years to explore another national park. My brother, sister and I have been doing this for 24 years. Joshua Tree was chosen because my brother lives in Palm Springs. This house was perfect for us - great location for getting to the park for hikes. Very easy to get into town for delicious late lunches. Beautiful view of the mountains out the back of the house. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was terrific with communication. Highly recommended

Very close to the Joshua tree park entrance. Had nice amenities and very clean. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, bbq grill, decent cookware, and nice backyard area with fire pit. Owner is super responsive. There was a small box of toys which was nice for our little ones. I’d come back again!

Fabulous Vacation Home!

Wonderful location for visiting Joshua Tree! Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and outdoor seating was great in the cool evenings. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Highly recommend!
