The bidet was great. It's walking distance to a temple, but far away from everything else. It's located in the historical geisha row and some "bath" houses are still in business. "My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days. "Very clean but old. Beds were ok but rather hard. One bed was sagging in the center edge. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. The TV was great and AC worked really nice. The train noise is noticable but didn't disrupt our sleep. Staff were very nice. Good place for an overnight stay. Great access to train station. "
