"Don’t know how some of the hotels get 8 or 9 rating. Low bed, no air conditioning, dusty, fan didn’t work, faucet broke, no ice or drinks available, loud frogs. Secure entry, nice Chateau and friendly staff made up for some of it. My wife wasn’t impressed."

"I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after staying here with my son. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and spotlessly presented. The rooms, bathrooms, bar and décor all look brand new, and the breakfast (€15) was excellent with plenty of choice. The Disney shuttle was also reliable and very convenient.
Unfortunately, our room wasn’t cleaned once during our four-night stay. On Monday and Tuesday we left around midday, but on Wednesday we left at 8 a.m. with the “Please...
