"The staff and hospitality was amazing. Great for families or traveling alone. The only thing to know is the rooms are a little tight. Got a 3 bedroom for my family of 4. Wife and I in one and one for each of our young teens. The bed was too narrow for the wife and I to be in bed without cuddling. Staff alerted us when we checked in and offered an additional room for $75. Soooooo worth it and made the experience that much more enjoyable for the entire family. Breakfast is FANTASTIC!!! Lots of little things made the stay a memorable one. It’s also right next to the bus terminal at Kyoto station. So easy to get around without having to go in three station."

"We had a wonderful stay! The location was one of the best parts—everything we wanted to see was easy to reach. We were able to walk or take a short train ride to Dotonbori, Umeda, Universal Studios Japan, shopping areas, restaurants, and many of Osaka’s main attractions. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel made a great base for exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka."

"The hotel was clean and conveniently located, about a 5 to 10-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional, with quick and efficient check-in and check-out. English-speaking staff were available, making communication easy. My only feedback is that the number of laundry machines was insufficient to meet demand, especially in the evenings when many guests were doing their laundry, resulting in long waiting times."
