"We loved the hotel. Staff are lovely and the room was great. Just to note that the bathroom is not massively private inside the room - you can see the bath from the bedroom area and the toilet has a door but does not fully close to be sound proof - so possibly not ideal for a family stay. But we still enjoyed it and would recommend."

"More of a hostel than a hotel. Paid £2500 because of champions league for a tiny room next to the bar so when you open your window curtain there were people playing pool and having a drink with music right outside. No room service, threadbare towels, no wardrobe, sheets too small for bed, towel rail not working, double lock on door broken, breakfast not included. I have just been ripped off. Expedia were just as bad with their terrible customer service. Do not recommend hotel or Expedia"

"When you plan to visit this hotel You must lower your expectation and it is not about staff , it is about hotel policies and how property is maintained .Breakfast average , spa below average , GYM really bad , when you take a shower be ready for a flood ( I i stayed in3 different rooms thru my stay ), you must learn Hungarian in order to be able to communicate for basic requests"

"The property in the center of the city where in beggining was hard to find but once you get there with the car the friendly staff help park the car for some fee. The room which was booked was nice, divided in 2 areas shower and a closet, and a night one. The restaurant was simple and the food options was good taste. The location was in the city center where was easy to get anywhere you wish to go."
