Oceanfront House on 3 Acres with Hot Tub and Private Beach and Dock

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is situated on 3 acres with 900 ft of waterfront in East Sooke. Property has hot tub and private, fully serviced dock.

1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin and a Queen size chest bed in the loft, make it a comfortable getaway for 6 people (8 with owner consent, additional charges may apply). Down Duvets, built-in stereo system with indoor & outdoor speakers, built-in vacuum, outdoor fire pit can be used when no fire ban is in place, indoor wood burning stove, 6-8 person hot tub, Smart TV & DVD/VCR (DVD collection provided), High Speed Fiber Optic WiFi, washer & dryer, BBQ, and spotting telescope.

Playpen, highchair and some children's toys are also available. There is a horse shoe pit on the property and lots of space for playing catch, volleyball, frisbee, etc. Explore the shoreline and view the sea life which includes starfish, crabs, shellfish, mink, sea otters and seals. Hiking, bird watching, kayaking, whale watching and fishing in the area are also amazing.

A fully serviced dock with power and water that guests may use at their own risk and are welcomed to moor their boat or kayaks.

A short drive will take you into Sooke which offers a number of amenities including a public swimming pool, gym, zip lines, grocery stores, gas station, restaurants and shopping. This was a beautiful home in a beautiful place. Sea otters, seals, bunnies, deer… every day. Extremely quiet and peaceful. The house was perfect.

Another Amazing Girls Weekend

Dream vacation

We had heard of Sooke and wanted to visit. Chad the owner of the property was very informative regarding paddle boarding, the ocean activities, and the wildlife. When we got to the house it was stunningly beautiful and clean & close to Victoria for day trips. We hope to stay again.

Great secluded location for family get away

Wonderful location set along the shores of Sooke Basin. Quiet, clean and spacious for 6-8 guests. Was a bit off the beaten path so prepare yourself for a 20 minute drive to get back to the main highway.

Stunning Property!

Our stay was amazing, it was very hard to leave. This property is even better than advertised! Very clean, well equipped, spectacular setting. We spent hours just watching all the birds, the changing tides, and especially the otters. Thank you for sharing this home with us. We will be back!

Beautiful Well Equipped Propert

We had a great stay at this property. The house was well equipped and exactly as described. The kids loved looking for shells when the tide was out and using the provided crab pots. Our fishing charter was able to pick us up right from the dock too! Found lots of great hikes just a short drive away. A great home base for exploring the west side of the island!

Chad was an awesome host, always very fast to reply to questions we had. This property had it all! The layout of the house was perfect for the family to spread out. The hot tub on the patio overlooking Sooke Basin was the perfect way to end every evening. We would hands down stay here again!

Peaceful and cathartic

Girls Weekend Retreat

Very clean, well laid out home with many amenities including two full baths, plenty of linens, comfortable beds, and room for everyone to hang out together or have quiet time alone!. The dock, the wildlife, the location made this an ideal destination for my group of five ladies! We booked a return trip after the first night!!!

A truly magical place

This our 3rd stay at the house and it is always soo full of life soo many things for the kids to see right off the dock and on the property, the peace and quiet, the sunsets and soaking in the Hot Tub after long days of adventuring and hiking are just some of the highlights. Ee saw some seals and otters abd a oeacock came to visit on a few days too. We are already looking into planning our next trip back to this peaceful paradise
