The internet was not working sometimes and the water went down and so we did not have water a few times and there was no hot water in the shower sometimes and the room had no refrigerator or microwave and there was no phone to call the front desk in the room. "We had a wonderful 3 weeks in Roatan at this beachfront locale. Sunsets were spectacular! Everything was as described and comfortable with all we needed to live on for our long stay.
