"I was met at airport by Nicholas at 5:30 am to transport me to the hotel. Check in was seamless. The accommodation met my needs and the location was very convenient. The front desk was very responsive to my request during my stay. Nicholas was there at 2 am the morning that I checked to ensure I was at the airport in time for my early flight home. Excellent accommodation for my stay in Ghana."

"When they said number one. It is a vibe. Stayed for 6 days in Accra from dining to touring it made my first time to Ghana a fond memorie. The breakfast is great and the service. From the pool service to the bellman. Front desk ladies are on point. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. The take away is Derrick our lead butler /concierge made great recommendations to The best and pirctureesque venues. Looking for modern and professional service .book with them. "It was the worst nightmarish experience ever. Clearly, Cozy is grossly understaffed or yhey have no clue what t he hospitality business is all about. After flying all the way from Washington to Accra, exhausted, there was nobody to receive me at the Reception on behalf of Cozy. The property staff tried their best at 22.00h but they couldn't offer me a room! Telephone lines went dead and I was on my own. Thankfully, I was able to make expensive international calls to Expedia and the staff of Expedia, were exceptional. They they got me another facility to accommodate me for the night. This is my second time of being hosted by cozy and my experiences from both interactions are nothing to write home about. I'm sorry. Do better folks!"
