"We thoroughly enjoyed our week in El Gastor. The house was as pictured, though unfortunately it was unseasonably cold so we could not use the pool. Instead, we got to enjoy a fire most nights! The view across the valley is gorgeous, and the mountain peak just behind the house is also beautiful. We visited Olvera, Grazalema, Zahara, Setinil de las Bodegas, and Ronda; all nearby and easily accessible by car. We rented bikes in Olvera and cycled the Via Verde, and we hiked to the dolmen just up...

"We both had such an amazing time staying at this property, right in the centre of the town, quiet location too. The house had everything you needed beautiful decor. David the host was fab answered any questions you had really quickly, nothing to much trouble. Can't wait to stay here again. "

"Pasamos un fin de semana donde nos coincidió con el belén viviente y recomiendo visitar el pueblo, estaba súper bonito y puedes ir andando desde la casa, quizás la subida es algo más cansada por la cuesta pero igualmente se hace, en la casa lo único que ecahmos de menos es algo más de calefacción, excepto la chimenea del salón, en el resto de habitaciones se pasa frio en invierno, hay una chimenea en el salón de arriba pero no se podía poner. "We enjoyed our stay very much and meeting Sonia who was lovely. There was everything you could need for a home from home in the Spanish sunshine. The house was well equipped and fairly cool anyway but with the added bonus of A/C for the really hot days or nights of which we had a couple! "We have just returned from 2 weeks at Casa Charms and loved every minute of it. The house is rustic and has an eclectic mix of furnishings which we found charming. There is so much space with so many areas to sit and relax. Spent the night time playing cards on the veranda and also ate all of our meals there.The annex worked really well for us as it gave our 19 year old son his own space. The pool is private and a really good size. The house is really well equipped with all the kitchen equipment...

"La casa preciosa y limpia. José Miguel nos facilitó bastante información sobre la zona. A mejorar, la puerta de entrada, la del patio y la ventana de la escalera, pues entra mucho frío y no se mantiene el calor de la chimenea. También debería cambiar la grifería del lavabo. Por lo demás, pasamos un buen fin de semana a pesar del apagón general eléctrico que hubo en toda la zona el sábado por la noche,"

"The villa is spacious, comfortable, basic accomodation but well equiped and with a lovely private pool and garden to relax in. Plenty of private parking and a nice oputdoor eating area just outside the kitchen. The location is quiet with other similar villas along the access lane but apart from a few other people we didn't see or hear them at all. There are chickens and roosters nearby though who crow randomly and quite a few dogs barking and howling at times, although we didn't see them....
