"The hotel is in a perfect location to see all the highlights of Vienna. There is a grocery store just steps away and everything else is within walking distance. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They arranged my airport transfer, helped me with directions and even provided an American electrical plug (the hotel has no USB plugs to charge electrionics). The breakfast buffet was awesome, pasties, cooked to order omelets, cereals, a very nice assortment. In general, it was a great stay at this hotel. If ever I decide to go to Vienna again, I will stay here."

"Lovely clean and tidy rooms, very comfortable too. Hotel has a lovely atmosphere and great staff, we never had the breakfast as was out early each morning but looked very nice! Decor is very unique and welcoming. Check in and out very easy! Fantastic location for city exploring and right next to a main underground station. "
