Hotel in einem ehemaligen Kloster, sehr schöne Zimmer - meines hatte Ausblick auf den Stadtturm. Freundliches Personal und Frühstück für die Grösse des Hotels sehr umfassend. Nach meinem Vorab-Hinweis auf Laktose-Intoleranz wurde offensichtlich laktosefreie Milch und Joghurt organisiert. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ausgezeichnet.

Die Lage unseres Zimmers direkt am Aussenlift war schlecht. Lärmbelästigung durch ankommende und gehende Gäste, zudem konnten alle in unsere Fenster schauen. Außerdem war dort noch die Raucherecke. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist verbesserungsbedürftig

Komfortabel, sauber und freundlich

Wir hatten ein großes sauberes Zimmer mit separater Sitzecke. Dusche und Toilette waren getrennt was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden. Genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten für Wandersachen und Haken für nasse Jacken gab es auch. Das Frühstückbüffet war in unseren Augen reichhaltig genug und hat alles geboten was wir brauchten. Der Empfang war freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt und nahe des Planetariums ist perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nettes Hotel in einem ehemaligen Kloster. Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, engagiertes, motoviertes Personal und immer freundlich. Kostenloses WLAN und TV am Zimmer. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, kostenloser Parkplatz vorm Hotel.

Hotel war OK aber check in nur bis 20:00 uhr zum glück wurde der Schlüssel im Nacht Tresor hinterlegt. Für ein Familie mit 2 Kindern 6 und 9 Jahre alt wurde nur ein 3 Bett zimmer bereitgestellt. WLAN auf dem Zimmer war nicht verfügbar. Zimmer sauber, Betten waren gut. Frühstück nur bis 9:30. Speisen waren oft vergriffen so das mann warten musste. Ansonsten Gut übernachtet und ausreichend Gefrühstückt.

Breakfast selection was very good and nearby Da Franca restaurant was excellent. But NO HOT water in shower at 20:00 on first night. And light in shower was inoperative. Smokers congregated around elevator and hotel entrance despite the "NO SMOKING" signs. Hard Wood floors made hallway very noisy. And no real Queen-size bed as requested .... Just two small bed pushed together with 3-inch gap between small beds. WiFi was good.
