Stunning home in Juignac

A three-story, stone, typical farmhouse with spacious rooms and high ceilings, a fireplace dummy and many exposed beams. It has a courtyard in the front and an enclosed lawned garden in the back, with pool and patio with built-in barbecue. A short walk will take you to your own fishing lake. The famous car village of Monmoreau with all conveniences and a public pool is about 4 km away. The castle of Villebois, the village of Aubeterre and the market town of Ribérac are all within 20 km. Day trips to Bordeaux and the Atlantic Ocean. Visit Aubeterre-sur-Dronne (12 km), which is officially one of the most beautiful villages in France. Airports in Bergerac and Bordeaux.

Belle demeure mais mal entretenue

Malgré le temps nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette belle région. Pour le logement, belle maison extérieur et belle piscine. Mais par contre pour l' intérieur très fouilli, trop encombrée de vieilles choses, la cuisine trop petite et non fonctionnelle, l' électricité pas trop au normes pour des locations, mal entretenue, nid de poussières et d'acariens, les personnes allergiques s'obstenir !!!! Malgré tout ça les propriétaires très accueillants.
