Nice hotel location but with poor service and very poor cleanliness. Mold in the bathroom floor and walls. Dust and last guests “forgotten hair” under the bed. Damaged walls. Old bed linen (from 2015). It seems they just don’t clean it !

As instalações, em geral, caressem de manutenção. O hotel está decadente, com pisos mal conservados, colchões velhos deformados, cheiro forte de inseticida no corredor, uma péssima condição de limpeza, nas áreas comuns e no apartamento, só pra ilustrar tinha tufos de cabelos no corredor do nosso apartamento. O café da manhã tem uma grande variedade, mas infelizmente não é de boa qualidade.

No Trade a experiência sempre é muito boa e dessa vez não foi diferente, quarto confortável, bom atendimento, boa limpeza e um café da manhã magestoso. O único ponto a melhorar seria realmente o espaço do café da manhã que, infelizmente, pelo tamanho do hotel, dependendo do horário não comporta o número de hospedes, gerando até filas para entrar e tomar o café, então se você vai com horário marcado para atividades ao final de semana tome cuidado ou tome café bem cedo.
