"The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the noise of the traffic. We had a room on the street side of the property and it was very loud. Difficult to sleep. The location was perfect. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very safe area also at night."

"There was rubbish under the bed.
Very low quality linen.
Communication was terrible, we were lucky that someone was leaving the building and was able to call the girl that checked us in.
They reimbursed the payment made by credit card without previous notice, and required me to make a transfer at the time of the checkout."
