Strange hotel. Very nice view of the river.
This was the weirdest hotel we've ever stayed at. We never saw another human the whole time we were there. There was no-one at the front desk. There was a kiosk to get the key. Very friendly owner. She doesn’t speak english, but was able to communicate using a translation app. Nice little apartment overlooking a small river. Good rest stop if you are cycling the Seomjingang bike trail. Steep uphill to reach the place (if you are cycling)
