"Good location for Emerald Park however hotel room floor was filthy and not hoovered (pretzels and biscuits all over floor). We had to pay for everything as we went along and they wouldnt let us charge to the room. Shower was good when it worked. Most plugs in the room didnt work. Mouldy curtains in room also. They seperate the bar and restaurant however the menu is the same and we had to go looking for menus in the restaurant. "

"Staff were okay. But we didnt have our room cleaned whilst we were there. Lucklily we arent messy people. Its a lovely place and good location. Food was okay. The rooms are a little tired."

"I think this is the third time we've stayed at this hotel. We usually have had a long transatlantic flight and we usually find it easier to stay here before traveling on to Galway . It's very safe, clean and exactly what you needAfter a long trip I found the staff good on All occasions. The shuttle was easy to use and the only thing was that the last time we came 2 years ago this restaurant was much nicer and this time the food wasn't great and the service was slow. But other than that it's a good option, especially if you're trying to stay close to the airport"
