Also top class restaurants in pretty villages, a short drive away( but not walk). "

"This is a lovely guesthouse with a difference. Owned by a Dutch couple, I was welcomed by them and their huge dog. The room was clean and pleasant, an older-fashioned rustic country style that I'd expect in a Burgundian village but all well-appointed. The distinctive features of my stay (just one night on a business trip) was the communal dinner offered with Wouter and Lotte (hosts) cooking a massive barbecue and entertaining us around the table. Lots of Dutch visitors, but I didn't feel out of...

"Fint nyrenoverat B&B med bra service och underbart läge med utsikt över berg och vingårdar. Området har få restauranger (finns tydligen en i byn men den var stängd vid vår vistelse). Området erbjuder många små byar med vingårdar som gör bra viner till rimliga priser."

Il y a aussi un magnifique piscine avec un jacuzzi :) Le petit déjeuner est copieux, avec pain frais, croissants, jus de fruits maison, confitures et miel maison, j'ai même eu droit à des oeufs frais :D Les confitures sont en vente à un prix correct, Christophe est un super hôte nous reviendrons très bientôt !"

"This place would have been what it promised, a place of dreams: remote, rural, beautiful, wonderfully appointed, easygoing, friendly. BUT. After going quite a long distance out of our way to find this special place, being greeted by the friendly owner, moving into our room, and hitting the pool, the owner returned to tell us that he had double-booked the room, and we would have to leave. So we had to get out, get dressed, and leave to make another drive to find another hotel (sight unseen)......
