"We had a lovely time at the hotel ! Swimming pool was fantastic experience. Location of the hotel is excellent as it is walking distance from the beach side. "The location of this hotel worked for us. Marina and JBR is only 15mins with car. The hotel itself is clean and services provided was top notch was given water and coffee whenever we requsted it. Shame about VIP perks it was not mentioned to us by the staff."

"We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel."
