"Exceeded my expectations, felt safe as a female traveler. Bathroom setup was a bit weird and had a see through foggy door by the bed 😬 but honestly not an issue. The shower flooded the bathroom floor a little but that’s to be expected in Europe. Close to the airport and had a restaurant. If you’re used to Hiltons and holiday inns it is comparable. Floor was a little stained but nothing bad. I would come back to this hotel again. Hotel gave us free bon bons. You’re welcome for the shower door pic😂"

"Was a nice big room and the hotel was easy to find. Convenient for early flights out of the Charleroi airport. Room itself was clean but the carpet in the room and hallway was stained, could use a cleaning. "

"Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. One thing to note, is that there wasn't a great deal of choice at breakfast, but it was more than adequate and everything was very nice. If you want a big range of choices at breakfast, you'll be disappointed. But if you are not fussed about having a range of options you'll be happy as there is enough good food to fill you up!"

"Service and amenities have gone down overall. The hotel has made significant cuts in the service, room goods available, heating and breakfast which has been noticed straight away. Very disappointed in the hotel overall!"

"It was great. Very comfortable and clean. I would suggest bed bug covers on the mattress for protection. Although I didn't see any bugs, you never know. Also, I wish there had been a way to heat up a cup of water for myself in the room."
