"The photos on the website are completely misleading! This property is worse than any low quality motel you can imagine in a rough neighborhood. When I arrived here, I was only told that the room that I reserved was taken by another customer. When requested a cancellation or refund, the manager/owner told me that I needed to deal with Expedia. I tried to get the refund through Expedia but when Expedia attempted to contact this property, they didn’t respond. Eventually, I was ripped off $189!...
