"It was very nice hotel, with shuttle transportation and located in a nice area with huge shopping one block apart. The breakfast is a buffet and if you don’t have time to enjoy it, it does not offer simple coffee and toast with butter and jam. This was the only thing that I suggest them to improve. The people at the front desk (depending, not all), were not very helpful. In many hotels they provide the information about everything. It was not the case with them when we checked in. "

He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that any issues or personal requests were handled with genuine care and attention. There were a few small details that could be refined to make the experience feel truly five-star. For example, the bath salts weren’t replenished after the first night, and clearer communication about the rooftop pool being reserved for suite guests would have been appreciated. A few of the other reception staff could also take inspiration from Eduardo’s open, transparent, and welcoming approach, which made us feel completely at ease. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in an exceptionally beautiful hotel, and we left with many happy memories."
